Reiki Training

Mary Regina is an Usui Reiki Master and a Registered Karuna ® Reiki Master (Level One and Two), registered with the International Center for Reiki Training, and has been teaching Reiki professionally since 1996.

Usui Reiki, the most common form practiced in the U.S., was named after Dr. Kikao Usui, a 19th century physician who revived the ancient principles of Reiki from old Japanese texts. Karuna ® Reiki (the word 'karuna' means compassionate action) is a form of additional in-depth Reiki training for Usui Reiki practitioners.

Mary Regina provides five different levels of Reiki training:

• Usui Reiki I
  
• Usui Reiki II
  
• Usui Reiki III
  
• Karuna ® Reiki I Practitioner
  
• Karuna ® Reiki II Practitioner
  
• Karuna ® Reiki I Master/Teacher
  
• Karuna ® Reiki II Master/Teacher
  

All Karuna ® Reiki graduates will be registered through the International Center for Reiki Training. Students may register for a scheduled Reiki class or contact Mary Regina to schedule classes at a flexible time and location for groups or individuals.

Reiki workshops are presented over the course of a two-day weekend in Asheville, NC, an area rich with cultural, spiritual and alternative healing opportunities. The mountains of western North Carolina are also a beautiful vacation spot any time of year.
