Flower essences are a safe and natural method of healing based on the vibrational energy – or life essence – of selected plants and flowers.
The essences are dilute extracts of the blooms of various plants, made by infusing spring water with wild flowers through a process of steeping in the sun. When drops of these infused extracts are taken internally, the effect is similar to homeopathic remedies.
Flower essences have many uses, but all act mainly on the individual’s energy bodies, especially the emotional body. As the energy bodies are cleansed, results are reflected in the physical body.
Mary Regina uses selected flower essences to help strengthen nutritional and lifestyle changes, and to help facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. "Flower essences are vitamins for the soul."
History of Flower Essences
There is evidence that the ancient civilization of Atlantis used flower essences in healing. References to similar systems are also found in ancient Chinese and Egyptian civilizations.
The modern use of flower essences begins with an English bacteriologist and homeopathic physician, Dr. Edward Bach, who developed the methods of preparing flower essences still in use today. Although Bach worked only with flowers from England, more recent work includes both wild and cultivated flowers from around the world.

Mary Regina also uses Gemstone Therapy to help promote balance and healing, according to individual clients’ needs. Gemstone Therapy is a technique for strengthening the body and resolving old issues and patterns. The use of gemstones in healing is based on the theory that different stones carry different vibrational frequencies and that by placing these frequencies within a person’s aura, the aura’s vibrational rates will also change.
